Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

RETURN & EXCHANGES

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange. Only exceptions allowed on damaged products purchased doing transit. However, you are responsible for returning product shipping fees. If you receive a damaged product, please email us a picture of the damaged product and a picture of your receipt to customer service at lakaycosmetics@yahoo.com. Return fees will only apply as a store credit. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping is standard ground ONLY through USPS. Please allow an estimated time of 5-7 business days (excluding public holidays) for your goodies to be shipped out. Please be sure to double check your shipping information when ordering. We are not responsible for any missing or lost packages.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly, safely and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
